During the time we’re with you we will be filming all your usual wedding festivities as well as any other surprises or specials requests you might have in store. This may include the preparations, wedding ceremony, photoshoots, cultural traditions and customs, lawn games, performances, fireworks, reception formalities i.e. bridal party and newlyweds entrance, speeches, cake cutting, first dance, father daughter dance, bouquet and garter toss, newlyweds exit and the list goes on. In short, we’ll have our eyes and ears open all day, ready to capture all of the moments you’ll cherish forever, including any spontaneous ‘priceless’ moments. (check our packages for more info).

You're probably wondering, how long do I really need, that is up to you, but we recommend a full day, you have the chance to have all memories for one of the most important day of your life, one chance only to have your day a click away.

Most wedding can be filmed by only one videographer as we use multiple cameras to captures multiple angles at the same time but you have the option for two videographer or more if you wish .

Only a $500 deposit is required to secure your booking with us. Note that $1,000 is required when booking video and photo packages (combo packages)

All of our wedding videography packages can be upgraded anytime, meaning you don’t have to commit to get everything done all at once.

For weddings lasting no longer than 12 hours within one day it should take no longer 4 months to deliver the videos but the videos should be ready within 2 months in average from your wedding date. ​ For weddings lasting longer than a day, one extra month will be added on for each day, example: The delivery time for a 3 days wedding would be 6 months, 4 months as in the one day wedding plus 1 extra month for each extra day.

If you have booked one of our combos ( photo and video packages) your photographer will be the talented team at FS media perth www.fsmediaperth.com

RCX productions is responsible for replacing your videographer in case the original videographer is unable to attend.

Hours can be extended on the wedding day if needed and the extra cost will be charged based on our extra time hourly rate. For weddings where hours were extended the couple will not receive the videos until pending amount is paid in full.
