For all bookings with Rcx Productions following terms & conditions apply:

 

Securing the date

To secure Rcx Productions for your wedding day a deposit needs to be made. We can not reserve any dates without a deposits and we work on a first come, first serve basis. 

Deposit for Videography & Photography : $1000

Deposit for Videography only: $500

Wedding Cancellations

If your wedding is cancelled or you no longer need our services your deposits will be lost  

​

Date rescheduling

For reschedule a fee of $200 applies as long as we are have availability on the new selected date.  ​

Sickness or inability to attend.

If by any chance your videographer or photographer get sick or of any serious reason can't attend your wedding, Rcx Productions is fully responsible to find you a replacement for you.

​

Deposits and full payments 

To secure your date a deposit has to be made. The due payment for our services is required a minimum one week before the wedding.

​

Raw footage​

Rcx Productions do not include the Raw footage as a part of our service.

If the client wishes to add the raw footage to their package an extra fee of $1000 will be charged including hard drive.

Change of service package 

Package can be upgraded any time without extra cost.

​

Extra hours needed on the day

Additional hours needed on the day will be charged $250/h for Videographer and $250/h for Photographer.

If client want to add hours to their service more than 24h before your wedding it is instead a charge of  $200/h for Videographer and $200/h for Photographer.

Package upgrades can be made any time.

Footage delivery times

Footage is normally delivered within 2-4 Months ​

For weddings longer than one day an additional month of wait will be added per each extra day of the wedding.

Once making the deposit to secure your date you are also agreeing to the terms & conditions of Rcx Productions.
